Departure is scheduled for October 11, 2026, at 5:45 a.m. from Bucharest (Victoriei Square, large parking lot), with an estimated return time around 9:00 p.m. (depending on traffic and route). The estimated duration is approximately 15 hours (of which 7–8 hours are spent on the mountain route itself). Participation requires a valid ID card. Seats on the bus are assigned starting with the second row, strictly in the order in which the deposit was paid. During the warm season, we recommend wearing sports clothing suitable for high temperatures, and don’t forget to stay hydrated, which is essential for your well-being. Minors aged 0–18 must carry an ID proving their age.

- Physical fitness and equipment: The mountain trail is demanding (13 km long, 1,050 m elevation gain). It requires good physical fitness and mandatory hiking gear (hiking boots). Access will be denied to anyone without the proper equipment.
