3 How We Use Your Information
4 Direct marketing and newsletter
If you have given your consent, we periodically send you a newsletter with offers, new destinations and travel recommendations.
- The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the dedicated checkbox or by completing the subscription form. Newsletter consent is separate from accepting the Terms and Conditions and is never a condition of making a booking.
- We process your e-mail address, preferred language, the time and source of the subscription, and the IP address the consent was given from — the latter solely as proof of consent.
- You may unsubscribe at any time, using the link at the bottom of every newsletter or from the Profile section of your account. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
- We keep subscription data for as long as the consent is active. After you unsubscribe we keep the address on a suppression list, so that we do not contact you again by mistake. You may request full deletion by writing to the address in the contact section.
- To send the newsletter we may use a specialised e-mail marketing provider, which processes the data solely on our instructions.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure server hosting, and regular security audits.
However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7 How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data only as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for, and deletion happens automatically rather than on request.
Sign-in and traffic records
To keep accounts secure and to understand how the platform is used, we record sign-ins to accounts — including failed ones — and visits to affiliate links. Each record holds the date and time, the IP address and the browser used.
These records are deleted automatically after 12 months. The deletion runs daily; you do not need to request it.
We use them to detect unauthorised access and for internal reports on the activity of our partners — providers, resellers and affiliates. We do not use them for commercial profiling and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
What happens when you delete your account
When an account is deleted, the data that identifies you — your email address, IP address and browser — is removed from these records immediately. Only non-identifying information remains: the role, the organisation and the date, used solely for aggregate statistics.
