The journey continues along the Trans Cislău, also known as Doamna Neaga Road, one of the newest and most spectacular scenic routes in Romania. The route winds through the hills and forests of Buzău, offering breathtaking views and plenty of photo opportunities.
In the village of Colți, you’ll visit the Amber Museum, the only museum in Romania dedicated exclusively to this precious stone. Here you’ll discover impressive collections of Romanian amber, fossils, minerals, and rare rocks, and you’ll learn the history of amber mining in this region.
The tour continues to the Vasile Voiculescu Memorial House in Pârscov, where you’ll step into the world of one of Romania’s most beloved writers and doctors. The house preserves personal items, manuscripts, photographs, and documents that illustrate the author’s life and work.
