Departure is at 7:00 a.m. from Constanța – CFR Train Station (formerly Vaporaș), with an estimated return around 10:00 p.m. on the second day (depending on traffic and weather conditions). The estimated duration is 2 days and 1 night. Participation requires a valid ID card. Seats on the bus are assigned starting with the second row, strictly in the order in which the deposit was paid. Since visiting the fair involves time spent outdoors, we recommend warm clothing and footwear suitable for cold temperatures. Minors under 18 must carry a form of identification proving their age. The schedule may undergo minor logistical changes, but participants are asked to be punctual, as the bus cannot wait for individuals who are late.
