Essential Information
Departure is at 6:00 a.m. from University Square, Bucharest, with an estimated return time around 9:00 p.m. (depending on traffic and route). The estimated duration is 15 hours. Participation requires a valid ID. Seats on the bus are assigned starting with the second row, strictly in the order in which the deposit was paid. Minors aged 0–18 must carry a form of identification proving their age. Since the trip takes place in December, we strongly recommend warm clothing and comfortable, warm shoes, which are absolutely necessary for outdoor walks at the fair and to the attractions. The trip is organized for a minimum group of 30 people. Please be punctual; for logistical reasons, the bus cannot wait for individuals who are late.
