Departure is at 7:00 a.m. from Constanța (CFR Train Station, formerly Vaporaș), with an estimated return time around 10:00 p.m. (depending on traffic and route). The estimated duration is 1 day. Participation requires a valid ID. Seats on the bus are assigned starting with the second row, strictly in the order in which the deposit was paid. Minors aged 0–18 must carry an ID proving their age. Since the event takes place outdoors, we recommend wearing warm clothing and comfortable shoes suitable for cold temperatures. The schedule is approximate and may be subject to minor changes due to traffic. Participants must be punctual, as the bus cannot wait for individuals who are late.
