On July 17, the Rozmarine terrace will host an event dedicated to Dobrogea’s culinary heritage, featuring Chef Octavian Baloi and Chef Oana Coantă, one of the most acclaimed promoters of Romanian cuisine.
Each dish is inspired by Dobrogea’s cultural diversity and prepared with ingredients sourced from local producers who are members of the Flavors of Dobrogea network, as part of the Dobrogea – Candidate for European Gastronomic Region 2029 project.
An evening where gastronomy becomes a story about the people, traditions, and identity of one of Romania’s most fascinating regions.
