Admission is based on a valid ticket. This experience provides access to the attraction only and does not include transportation. The standard time allotted for using the equipment and completing the trails is 2.5 hours. During the warm season, we recommend wearing athletic clothing suitable for high temperatures, and be sure to stay hydrated, which is essential for your well-being. Access in dresses or skirts is strictly prohibited; closed-toe athletic shoes with non-slip soles are mandatory to prevent injuries. For safety reasons, the maximum weight limit is 100 kg for adults and 40 kg for the white trails designated exclusively for children. Minors must be accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult throughout their visit. Attendance at the initial safety briefing is mandatory, and the instructions provided by qualified staff must be strictly followed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
